History of CESA A group of scientists and volunteers launched a pioneer Community and Environmental Services Center (EuropeAid/123879/C/ACT/EC) in the end of 2007s. The center was the first of its kind in South Sinai and provided different services included health, veterinary, social, culture & heritage and training courses. The project organizers recognized a unique opportunity to replicate the project's success and they officially created the Association of Community and Environmental Services (CESA). The Ministry of Social Affairs decreed the association as a private, voluntary, non-governmental organization by no. 102/2009.
